Mix in the sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced ginger, salt, and pepper. Stir everything together and allow it to simmer for a few minutes to blend the flavors.
Remove the skillet from heat and let the turkey mixture cool slightly.
Spoon the turkey mixture into separated lettuce leaves to create wraps.
Garnish each wrap with chopped cilantro and sliced green onions.
