Instructions
Begin by preparing your ingredients: hull the strawberries and slice the banana into smaller pieces for easier blending.
In a blender, combine the fresh strawberries, sliced banana, rolled oats, almond milk, honey, chia seeds (if using), and vanilla extract.
Blend on high until all ingredients are smooth and well combined. If you'd like a colder smoothie, add a few ice cubes and blend again until smooth.
