Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix thoroughly but do not overwork the meat.
Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter. Place them evenly spaced on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until they are cooked through and have a nice golden-brown color.
While the meatballs are baking, in a small saucepan over low heat, combine honey, soy sauce, and sriracha. Stir continuously until well combined and heated through, about 3-5 minutes.
Once the meatballs are done baking, remove them from the oven and drizzle the honey garlic sauce over the meatballs. Gently toss to coat all the meatballs in the glaze.
Place the glazed meatballs on a serving platter and garnish with sliced green onions and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
Notes
Adjust the red pepper flakes for your spice preference.
