Instructions
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
Place the garlic naan on a baking sheet and brush them generously with olive oil on both sides to enhance the flavor.
Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce evenly over each naan, leaving a small border around the edges.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce, making sure to cover it well.
Distribute the sliced red onion, jalapeño, and cherry tomato halves evenly across the cheesy naan.
Sprinkle red pepper flakes over the top, adjusting the amount based on your preferred spice level.
Season with a pinch of salt and pepper to enhance the flavors.
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges of the naan are crispy.
Once out of the oven, sprinkle fresh cilantro on top for a burst of freshness.
Cut into slices and serve hot.
