shredded lettuce

avocado, sliced

shredded carrots

celery, thinly sliced

ranch dressing or vegan ranch dressing
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, toss the sliced tofu with olive oil, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until well coated.
Spread the seasoned tofu strips on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the tofu is crispy and golden.
While the tofu is baking, prepare the wraps: Lay out one wrap and spread a tablespoon of ranch dressing in the center.
Layer the shredded lettuce, sliced avocado, shredded carrots, and celery on top of the ranch dressing.
Once the tofu is ready, add an even amount of the baked buffalo tofu strips on top of the veggies in each wrap.
Roll the wrap tightly, folding in the sides as you go, to create a secure wrap.
Repeat the process for the remaining wraps.
Slice each wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately.
Notes
Feel free to adjust the spice level by adding more or less buffalo sauce.
