In a large mixing bowl, combine the raw pumpkin seeds, mixed nuts, dried cranberries, and granola.
In a small bowl, mix together the pumpkin pie spice, maple syrup, and salt until well blended.
Drizzle the spice mixture over the nut and seed blend, making sure to coat everything evenly. Toss well to combine.
If using, gently fold in the dark chocolate chips until well-distributed throughout the mix.
Spread the mixture evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10-12 minutes, stirring halfway through until lightly golden and fragrant.
Remove from the oven and let it cool completely before transferring to an airtight container for storage.
