Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, chopped green onions, egg, minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, honey, Sriracha, sesame oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Using your hands, mix everything together until just combined. Be careful not to overmix, as it can make the meatballs tough.
Form the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs, approximately 1.5 inches in diameter, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and golden brown on the outside.
While the meatballs are baking, prepare a drizzle by mixing additional honey and Sriracha to taste in a small bowl.
Once the meatballs are done, remove them from the oven and drizzle the honey Sriracha mixture over the top for extra flavor.
Garnish with freshly chopped cilantro before serving.
Notes
Serve with steamed Jasmine rice or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
