Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a large bowl, combine the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, honey, minced garlic, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Toss well to coat the sprouts evenly.
If you like a bit of heat, add the red pepper flakes and toss again.
Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Roast in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the sprouts are tender and golden brown, stirring halfway through for even cooking.
Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly. Drizzle with a bit more honey if desired and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
Notes
Serve warm on a rustic platter, drizzled with extra honey and garnished with more parsley for a vibrant look.
