Instructions
In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe avocado with a fork until smooth but still a bit chunky.
Add in the Greek yogurt and mix until well combined.
Stir in the grated cucumber, making sure it’s squeezed of excess moisture, along with the chopped dill and minced garlic.
Pour in the lemon juice and add salt and pepper to taste. Mix until all ingredients are well integrated.
Adjust seasoning if necessary and allow the dip to chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
When ready to serve, drizzle a little olive oil over the top for added richness and garnish with a sprig of dill if desired.
Notes
Serve chilled for the best flavor. Adjust seasoning to taste.
