1tablespoonchopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
12 teaspoongarlic powder (for extra flavor)
1tablespoonolive oil (for greasing)
Instructions
In a small bowl, combine the warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Allow it to sit for about 5-10 minutes until frothy.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, and garlic powder. Create a well in the center.
Pour the activated yeast mixture and melted butter into the flour mixture. Mix until combined and a dough forms.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Place the kneaded dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm area for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Once the dough has risen, punch it down and divide it into 16 equal pieces.
Roll each piece into a ball and dip it in a mixture of minced garlic, melted butter, and grated Parmesan cheese.
Layer the rolled dough balls in a greased bundt pan or a round cake pan. Sprinkle any remaining garlic and cheese mixture over the top.
Cover the pan with a towel and let the rolls rise for another 30 minutes.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
Once baked, remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Brush the tops with additional melted butter and sprinkle with chopped parsley if using.
Serve warm and enjoy pulling apart each delicious roll!
