Once the butter is melted and bubbling, add the seasoned chicken pieces to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through, stirring occasionally.
Reduce the heat to low. Add the minced garlic, chopped rosemary, and thyme to the skillet. Pour in the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and stir to combine all ingredients.
Sauté the mixture for an additional 2-3 minutes until the garlic is fragrant and lightly golden, being careful not to burn it.
Remove from heat, garnish with freshly chopped parsley, and serve warm.
