Instructions
Start by cutting the avocados in half, removing the pits, and scooping the flesh into a blender or food processor.
Add the fresh cilantro leaves, lime juice, and minced garlic to the blender with the avocados.
Spoon in the Greek yogurt for creaminess and add 1/4 cup of water to help with blending.
Blend all ingredients on high speed until smooth and creamy. If the sauce is too thick, add more water, one tablespoon at a time, until you reach the desired consistency.
Season with salt and pepper to taste, and blend again briefly to combine.
Taste and adjust lime juice, salt, or water as needed, and give it one last quick blend.
Transfer the sauce to a serving bowl and it's ready to enjoy!
Notes
Serve in a small bowl garnished with cilantro leaves and a lime wedge. Pairs well with tacos or chips.
