coconut milk (or almond milk)

Instructions
In a blender, add the avocado, diced mango, and banana.
Pour in the coconut milk and squeeze in the lime juice.
If you're using honey or agave for added sweetness, add it now.
Add the spinach if you're including it for a nutritional boost.
Blend on high until all ingredients are smooth and creamy.
If the smoothie is too thick, add a bit more coconut milk to reach your desired consistency.
For a chilled smoothie, throw in a few ice cubes and blend again until smooth.
Taste and adjust sweetness with more honey or agave if needed.
Notes
