Ingredients
1
package
refrigerated pizza dough
4
tablespoons
unsalted butter, melted
4
cloves
garlic, minced
1
teaspoon
dried oregano
1
teaspoon
dried parsley
0.5
teaspoon
red pepper flakes (optional for heat)
to taste
salt
for garnish
fresh parsley, chopped
for topping
grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut it into strips about 1 inch wide.
Take each strip and tie it in a knot, tucking the ends underneath or into the knot for a neat appearance.
In a medium bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried parsley, red pepper flakes (if using), and a pinch of salt; mix well.
Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over each knot, ensuring they are well-coated.
Place the knots in the air fryer basket in a single layer (you may need to do this in batches).
Cook in the air fryer for about 8-10 minutes or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
Remove the garlic knots from the air fryer and brush them once again with any remaining garlic butter mixture.
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
Notes
Optional red pepper flakes can be added for heat. Garnish with parsley and Parmesan cheese for extra flavor.
